WARNING! Warranty returns and exchanges are on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Please submit your information and detailed issues with the product to our Customer Service team via Toll-Free # or the SUBMIT TICKET button on the top of our webpage.
ATTENTION! Customers MUST Include! Name, Phone #, E-Mail address, Shipping Address, Order # and Model # along with a copy of their Proof Of Purchase when submitting tickets for a Warranty Claim.
ATTENTION! The Claims Processes Detailed Below Must Be Followed IF and WHEN APPROVED for your Warranty Claim. Any items that were shipped and sent to our Corporate Office or Warehouses MUST BE APPROVED for Warranty Return or Exchange. Any items received that were not Approved, will NOT be shipped back to the sender and are deemed FORFEIT by the shipper!
Warranty Claims For Orders Less Than $100
For most orders less than $100, the customer must provide the following when APPROVED for a Warranty Claim/Exchange.
- Customer must cut the power cord OFF of the unit
- A Photo of the Cut Power Cord and the Unit Without the Cord Attached must be provided (Can be the same photo or separate photos).
- A Photo of the Serial Label on the Unit (usually located on the back of the unit).
Warranty Claims For Orders Over $100
ATTENTION! Depending on the type of product; returns and
exchanges will be handled differently. Please make sure to follow the correct
instructions once APPROVED for a Warranty Exchange.
ATTENTION! If your product is NOT listed in the list below, please
make sure to follow the instructions provided by the Customer Service
representative handling your claim.

For most orders more than $100, the
customer must provide the following when APPROVED for a Warranty
Claim/Exchange.
- Customer
must cut the power cord OFF of the unit.
- Customer must carefully peel off the Serial Label off
the unit (usually located on the back of the unit).
- Serial Label and Power Cord will need to be mailed to
the New York Office when Approved for the Warranty Exchange.
- Mailing address will be provided by Customer Service
Representative once Claim has been Approved.

COMMERCIAL COOL PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS
When APPROVED for a Warranty Claim/Exchange:
- A
UPS Return Shipping Label will be E-mailed to the customer.
- Customer is required to box the unit and use the UPS
label to ship the package for the return/exchange.
- If a UPS pickup is needed from the customer's location,
a representative will be able to assist in setting up a pickup with UPS.
- Once
the unit has been received by the warehouse, a replacement unit will be
sent out to the customer for delivery.
- NOTE: It
may take 2-3 weeks for the unit to be returned to the warehouse.
- ATTENTION!: Once
the item has been returned, an additional 2-3 day processing period is
required before a new unit can be sent.
- ATTENTION!: An
additional 2-3 day waiting period is normally required for the 3rd Party
Carrier to schedule a pickup time and process the shipping label.
- NOTE: Once
the item has been returned, it may take a period o f 4-5 weeks before a
new item will be delivered to the customer.
- A tracking # will be provided to the customer's e-mail
address when the new item is being processed for delivery.
